Routes 33, 38, 39, 41, 43, 44, 46, 48: detours on 12 June

ANNOUNCEMENT Due to the "Running Under the Moon" Marathon in Nicosia, on Friday 12 June 2026 from 19:00, roads will be closed and Routes 33, 38, 39, 41, 43, 44, 46 and 48 will be affected. Routes 38 & 48 (To University of Cyprus) From the Mall of Cyprus roundabout, the bus will head towards Nicosia General Hospital and at the next roundabout, turn right onto Kalamon Street. It will then turn right onto Limassol Avenue and continue towards the Kalispera traffic lights. From there, it will proceed straight ahead before turning right onto RIK Avenue and Thessalonikis Street. The bus will take the second exit on the right onto Egnatia Street until the end of the road and then proceed towards Kyrenia Avenue. At the roundabout, it will turn right for the University of Cyprus and then continues its normal route. The diversion is shown on the maps with a blue line. On their destination from University of Cyprus to the starting point, they will follow the same direction but will take the second exit from the highway towards Nicosia General Hospital and will continue its route normally. Route 39 The trip from the University of Cyprus at 21:00 and from Geri at 20:30 will not be operating. Routes 33, 41, 43, 44, 46 & 48 The second roundabout το the university will be closed. Routes 33, 43, 44, 46 and 48, to the first roundabout will turn left to Panepistimiou Avenue and from the next roundabout turn right and enter the University from the North entrance. The same detour will be used for both directions. Route 41 will start and finish at the bus stop of the North entrance.
