Route 41: detour on Larnakos Avenue 31 Oct–1 Nov

Route 41 takes a detour from Saturday 31 Oct at 16:00 until Sunday 1 Nov at 19:00 due to roadworks on Larnakos Avenue. Both directions use temporary routes via Akropoleos, Salaminos, Afroditis, Esperidon, and Aglantzias Avenue before rejoining the original route at Larnakos roundabout.

  • Turns right onto Akropoleos from Larnakos Avenue near the Pharmacy
  • Continues straight towards Salaminos
  • At the STOP sign at the end of Salaminos, turns left onto Afroditis
  • Turns right onto Esperidon
  • Turns left onto Aglantzias Avenue
  • At Larnakos roundabout, takes the second exit onto Larnakos Avenue to rejoin the original route

Route 41 from University of Cyprus

  • At Larnakos roundabout, takes the first exit towards Aglantzia
  • Turns right at the traffic lights onto Athinas
  • Turns left onto Afroditis
  • Turns right onto Salaminos, heading straight towards Akropoleos
  • At the STOP sign, turns left onto Larnakos Avenue to rejoin the original route

ANNOUNCEMENT From Saturday 31/10/2026, at 16:00, until Sunday, 1/11/2026, at 19:00, part of Larnakos Ave. will remain closed due to roadworks. Route 41 will be affected. Route 41(From Makario Stadium Station): The route, from Larnakos Ave., near the Pharmacy, will proceed right onto Akropoleos and continue straight towards Salaminos. At the STOP sign at the end of Salaminos, it will continue left onto Afroditis, then right onto Esperidon, and subsequently left turn onto Aglantzias Ave. At the Larnakos roundabout, it will take the second exit onto Larnakos Avenue to rejoin its original route, as shown with blue on the map below. Route 41(From University of Cyprus): The route, at the Larnakos roundabout, will take the first exit towards Aglantzia, then right at the traffic lights onto Athinas, and subsequently left onto Afroditis. Next, will proceed right onto Salaminos, straight towards Akropoleos and at the STOP sign, will continue left onto Larnakos Ave. to rejoin the original route, as shown with blue on the map below.
