Strathfield to Central: trains replaced by buses from 21:00

From 21:00 trains will not run between Strathfield and Central in both directions due to urgent overhead wiring repairs at Strathfield. Limited buses are replacing trains between Central and Strathfield. We expect repairs to be completed by 03:30. Trains will operate as follows: Blue Mountains Line - Trains from the Blue Mountains will end at Blacktown (you will need to interchange to complete your journey). Trains heading towards the Blue Mountains will commence from Strathfield. Central Coast & Newcastle Line - Trains from the Central Coast & Newcastle Line will end at Epping (you will need to interchange to complete your journey). Trains heading towards the Central Coast & Newcastle Line will commence from Strathfield. T1 Western and T9 Northern Lines - Trains will end/commence at Strathfield.
