T3: Inner West trains stop, T1 and T9 add stops

From 9:40PM to 1:30AM on 5 November, Inner West trains don't run. T1 Western and T9 Northern Line trains make extra stops between Lidcombe and Central on a changed timetable. Trains run between Liverpool and Lidcombe only — change trains at Lidcombe to continue.
